i think freckles, stretch marks, tattoos, bruises, birthmarks and scars are probably the coolest thing, you started with almost a blank canvas and look at u now, all this evidence that you’ve lived and the sun has shone on you and you’ve grown and maybe tripped up a few times and liked an image so much u made it a permanent part of u, beautiful.
I’ve been finding a lot of ways to keep myself happier and healthier. Drinking less was a given. I feel that the big thing happening here is the change in my diet. Eating vegetarian. It’s all basically thanks to the documentary Forks Over Knives. I think a vegan lifestyle is definitely in sight, but I’m trying to ween myself off of cheese. CHZZZZZ. I love cheese.
So while I’m doing this diet that is completely new to me, I’m trying to make sure that I maintain the right amount of vitamins, nutrients, etc. So, do you guys have any tips?
